4/14: Tell me what sort of technology/media you've been experiencing since we last gathered together. Phone (snapchat, Twitter, etc), TV (Netflix, Hulu, etc), computer....
Email your list of media-related activities to me before Noon on Friday, 4/17/2020
Check-in #2 : Week of 4/20 - 4/24: Create a video diary of a typical day for you. This week I want you to compile a video production of what your typical day looks like. What time do you wake up? What activities do you engage in? What's lunch look like? etc....
Video clips, photo collage, whatever format you wish to use. Feel free to use humor to liven things up since, let's face it, we all need to laugh a little right now.
This does not need to be perfect, however some polishing is expected so it at least looks presentable. Feel free to add music and graphics if you choose. Family members and pets are welcome on camera if they wish. This should be a little bit of fun for you to make, and I know it will be for me to view. Due by midnight on Friday.

Check-in #3 : Week of 4/27 - 5/1:
Commercial: On your own, or using a family member or two, recreate a favorite commercial as closely as you can to the original. This should have some polish to it and impress me as I watch. Whatever the length of the commercial = the length of your recreation.
Public Service Announcement: On your own, or using family or pets as actors, recreate a Public Service Announcement that tackles an important issue in our society. This should be between :45-:90 seconds in length and have some polish to it.
Speech. Record yourself speaking on one of the following topics. There must be visual and audio throughout the entire presentation. You're welcome to use a note card, but MAY NOT read your speech. If you try to wing this without notes/practicing, it will be obvious and you may receive a No-Credit. Length: 2-3 minutes. ***Be sure to reference your topic within the opening lines of your speech - the list I'm giving you is massive!
